Job Purpose
Support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices on site, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and legal requirements.
Act proactively and educationally, promoting a safe and sustainable work environment.
Job Description
Perform HSE activities in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
Investigate incidents using the TOP SET technique
Support hazard identification and risk assessment
Participate in meetings with employees and contractors
Conduct trainings based on HSE policies, procedures, and legal requirements
Input and monitor data in the Intelex system
Ensure personal and collective safety in the workplace
Support audits, inspections, and emergency drills
Develop training and awareness materials
Monitor contractors and support change management processes
Track and control HSE performance indicators
You are meant for this job if:
Mandatory technical education: Occupational Safety Technician course (accredited by the Ministry of Education)
Languages: Intermediate English (preferred)
