Dozer Operator

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

Schedule: 4 day, 12 hour rotating work week. Candidate must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule is subject to change depending on business needs.

Compensation: $29.13

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

Properly and safely operate D10 & D8 dozers on dump, haul roads, and special projects.

Daily inspections, update logs daily and facilitate in proper communication with management and maintenance

Must be willing and able to perform housekeeping responsibilities

Must be self-motivated and able to work in remote parts of the quarry

Complete 60 Seconds to Think, Work Permits, SMAT & EMAT audits

Maintain excellent 5S standards of area

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and perform LOTO as required

Maintain safety awareness while operating around other mobile equipment

Team Participation in WCM events/activities

Be willing to help cover for vacations

Be accountable for Housekeeping, Safety, Quality (Customer Satisfaction), Productivity and

Complete SMAT audits & Safety training

May require working in adverse weather conditions

Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and required shutdowns

Must have the ability to climb ladders and stairs

Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor
