Mobile Key Technician & Manager in Training Ignition Hero Management Pay: $600-$1000 per week + clear path to running your own van/market, Management Training base pay plus sales based commissions

About the role: Ignition Hero Management partners with Costco to provide on-site car key cutting and programming. We operate fully equipped mobile vans and serve customers directly in Costco parking lots. This is not just a job you clock in and out of. It’s a paid training and leadership development program designed for people who want to learn a trade, build real skills, and grow into running their own van and market. You’ll be trained step-by-step to become both a skilled technician and a leader.

You will learn how to:

Cut, duplicate, and program car keys and remotes

Work directly with customers and close sales

Troubleshoot key and vehicle issues

Manage daily operations inside a mobile van

Track inventory, orders, and customer information

Eventually lead a market and operate your own van

Effectively train and manage others

Training is structured and hands-on:

Daily skill breakdowns your first few months

Weekly and monthly milestones

Clear 6 month path from trainee → lead tech → market manager → your own van

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license

Clean driving record (no accidents in the last 3 years)

Must pass background check (no theft or violent offenses)

Comfortable working outdoors and around vehicles

Able to lift equipment and stay active throughout the day

Willing to relocate when promoted to your own market/van
