We are seeking a detail oriented Behavioral Requirements Compliance Analyst to support the interpretation management and operationalization of regulatory safety and behavioral requirements for autonomous systems

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between regulatory policies safety frameworks and technical implementation by translating complex requirements into structured system specifications ensuring compliance readiness and maintaining data integrity across product development lifecycles

Key Responsibilities

Analyze regulatory compliance safety and policy documents and translate them into clear actionable system requirements

Interpret nuanced behavioral and operational requirements to support product readiness and compliance initiatives

Ensure accuracy completeness and integrity of Product Readiness Review PRR documentation and reporting artifacts

Coordinate with engineering safety legal product and operational teams to gather compliance related inputs and resolve reporting gaps

Track regulatory and policy changes that may impact system behavior safety standards or operational requirements

Create structured requirement documentation compliance reports and audit ready records

Drive cross functional stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery of compliance milestones

Support validation governance risk management and readiness review processes
