About the role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team! If you love coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks.
Operate espresso machines and other equipment to craft high-quality beverages.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming coffee bar area.
Accurately take customer orders and process transactions using the POS system.
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service and create a positive experience for guests.
Assist with food preparation and other café tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is preferred.
Understanding of food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Experience with cashiering is a plus.
