Duties

Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on boilers

Troubleshoot and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and other facility components.

Lead maintenance projects with supervision or team leadership responsibilities, ensuring timely completion and safety compliance.

Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and system upgrades; prepare reports for management review.

Respond promptly to guest or staff maintenance requests, providing excellent customer service while resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience supervising maintenance teams or projects within a hospitality or manufacturing environment.

Strong electrical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical systems effectively.

Hands-on experience with boilers, HVAC systems, plumbing, welding, and mechanical repairs.

Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and their integration into building systems.

Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting.

Knowledge of facilities maintenance standards, safety protocols, and building codes.

Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members and guests clearly.

Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team supervision and training.
