Concrete Finisher or Concrete Labourer

Concrete Finisher – Residential, Decorative & Commercial Greater Victoria Area – Immediate Start

We are hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team. This role involves a wide variety of projects including residential driveways, patios, decorative stamped/exposed aggregate finishes, and small-to-medium commercial flatwork. We work on everything from custom homes to architectural concrete features and community projects.

What We’re Looking For

Skilled in residential finishing: sidewalks, driveways, patios, slabs, and architectural concrete

Proficient with decorative concrete (stamped, exposed aggregate, colored finishes)

Capable of forming, pouring, screeding, and finishing all types of projects

Experience operating a power trowel

Can work independently or in a small crew with minimal supervision

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Reliable transportation and a solid work ethic

Setting grades & residential forms

Surface drain & drain tile installation

Epoxy/polyurethane coatings

Concrete patching & repair

Bobcat/excavator operation

Waterproofing & small-scale demolition

Carpentry & concrete cutting/coring

Requirements

Own basic hand tools

Valid driver’s license

Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions

Compensation
