Project Manager Product Improvement (m/f/d)

Stäfa, Switzerland | Hybrid

As a Project Manager Product Improvement, you will play a key role in ensuring our products remain safe, compliant, available, and continuously improved throughout their lifecycle.

Your tasks

Lead and coordinate product improvement and product change projects for our existing products

Manage product changes in accordance with change control, regulatory, and quality requirements

Assess the impact of supplier changes, product issues, and improvement opportunities

Collaborate closely with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Sales, and Finance

Support the continuous improvement of post-launch engineering, product change, and sustaining engineering processes

Track project progress, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful execution of improvement initiatives

Your profile

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field)

Experience working on complex engineering, product development, manufacturing, or product lifecycle projects (preferably in medical devices, healthcare technology, consumer electronics, or other regulated industries)

Ability to drive multiple projects forward in a cross-functional environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluent English and outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
