Your role

Interested in working in finance, specifically as a wealth management professional serving clients, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2026 Off-cycle Internship Program within our Global Financial Intermediaries business in Switzerland.

You’ll get to:

gain insight and work on projects with multiple stakeholders across the business

analyze complex situations and present findings in an easy and understandable way

learn about the different products and services we offer to help our clients execute their investment strategies

Your team

You’ll be working in the Global Financial Intermediaries Latam Desk. We provide integrated financial solutions to independent financial advisors and multifamily offices across Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, Panama, and Brazil.

Your expertise

We’re looking for a candidate who:

has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)

has a competitive minimum GPA of 4.5 according to the Swiss grading system

has excellent English (written and oral), fluency in Spanish required

has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative

is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills

is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

can evidence how experimental and responsible use of AI can improve outcomes and efficiency

Start date: ASAP, October 2026

Your program

This paid internship will last six months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

If you have a successful internship, you may get an offer to return for our Graduate Talent Program after you've completed your studies.
