Developer II – .NET Full Stack

Overview:

We are looking for a passionate Developer II who enjoys building scalable, high-quality software and thrives in a collaborative engineering environment. The ideal candidate has strong backend expertise in .NET and working knowledge of modern frontend technologies such as React or Angular, and embraces AI-assisted development practices to improve productivity and code quality.

You will work closely with engineers, product managers, and quality engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy customer-facing applications while contributing to engineering excellence through automation, AI, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using .NET

Build and enhance RESTful APIs and backend services.

Develop and maintain responsive user interfaces using React or Angular.

Collaborate with Product Management, QA, UX, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features.

Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.

Troubleshoot production issues and implement sustainable fixes with a focus on observability and reliability.

Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following engineering best practices.

Leverage AI-powered development tools (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) to accelerate development, improve code quality, assist with debugging, documentation, and testing.

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and continuous engineering improvements.

Continuously learn new technologies and share knowledge within the team.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

3–5 years of professional software development experience.

Strong hands-on experience with .NET, with the majority of recent experience in .NET development.

Experience building RESTful APIs.

Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles.

Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.

Experience with Git and modern software development workflows.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and collaborative development practices.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with one or more frontend technologies such as React, Angular, AngularJS, Node.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or equivalent cloud platforms.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, build automation, and deployment tools.

Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems is a plus.

Compensation may vary depending on your location, qualifications including job-related education, training, experience, licensure, and certification, that could result at a level outside of these ranges. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus, and sales incentives depending on the terms of the applicable plan and role as well as individual performance.

Pay Range: USD $85,800.00 - USD $146,200.00 /Yr.
