About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Paralegal to support a high-volume corporate legal document initiative spanning multiple global jurisdictions. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role — the right candidate is organized, precise, and comfortable managing large document sets under tight deadlines.

What You’ll Do

Document Execution

Coordinate signature collection for a large volume of corporate legal documents

Manage e-signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign) and wet-ink execution logistics across time zones

Track signature status and follow up with internal stakeholders and external counterparties to keep execution on schedule

Verify completed signature pages for accuracy, authority, and completeness before filing

Filing & Organization

Coordinate with the corporate compliance and governance team on preparing, executing, and filing corporate documents within internal systems.

Track executed documents and ensure timely resolution.

Document Organization & Management

Build and maintain organized, audit-ready file structures for executed documents across all applicable entities and jurisdictions

Upload, index, and tag documents in the legal repository or document management system (e.g., SharePoint)

Identify and flag gaps, missing documents, or execution defects for review

Prepare document binders, closing sets, and status trackers as requested

What You'll Bring

1–2 years of paralegal, legal operations, or legal administrative experience (law firm or in-house)

Exposure to corporate transactions, entity management, or closings preferred

Familiarity with e-signature platforms (DocuSign or similar) and document management systems

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple document streams simultaneously

Comfort working across jurisdictions and coordinating globally

High attention to detail — accuracy in this role directly impacts compliance and legal validity

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with legal tracking tools is a plus

Working Conditions

This is a temporary, full-time position for approximately 3 months

Some flexibility in working hours may be required to coordinate across global time zones

This will be a remote first position located in the United States.
