About the role

A Snapshot of Your Day

The Senior Compensation Professional is responsible for analysis, administration, and implementation of compensation programs for the North America region. This role provides Compensation expertise and guidance to key stakeholders including HR, Finance, and Business Leadership.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Lead and manage compensation-related projects for the US and Canada workforce, ensuring alignment with Siemens Energy programs.

Analyze and design pay structures, develop models, and prepare proposals to maintain effective compensation programs.

Administer annual incentive and sales compensation plans, from target setting to payment calculations based on company performance.

Collaborate with HR and C&B teams to design, implement, communicate, and manage compensation processes and programs.

Conduct market research and benchmarking, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to maintain competitive compensation strategies.

Act as a trusted advisor and project leader, delivering reports, forecasts, and continuous process improvements while supporting HR partners on total rewards components.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Finance, or a related field, with experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, and compensation strategy development, preferably within manufacturing environments.

Strong knowledge of the U.S. labor market, including the ability to design, communicate, implement, and sustain compensation and reward programs.

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal), with excellent interpersonal abilities to effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, supported by strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.

Experience leveraging artificial intelligence and digital tools to automate processes, improve efficiency, and simplify routine compensation and rewards activities.

Highly organized, self-directed professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while collaborating effectively in virtual and cross-functional teams.

The Senior Compensation Professional is a key role in the Americas Compensation & Benefits organization, a center of expertise within the Human Resources function. Our team operates as a truly global and diverse group of professionals with expert knowledge and analytic skills to provide the best level of support, partnership, and service to the workforce of Siemens Energy. Our team partners across regions to design programs that are globally relevant, but allow regional flexibility to best meet the needs of our dynamic populations.
