Job Description:

Logistics Order Processing Supervisor

What do you get to do in this position?

Oversee and optimize daily Distribution Center order release activities, coordinate, and support the Logistic Coordinators, lead efforts and use global tools to minimize back order inventory (BOV) in the DCs. Automate processes and centralize processes to “free up energy”.

Responsibilities:

Ensure efficient order processing to enhance customer satisfaction and operational effectiveness.

Manage workflows, collaborate with teams to resolve issues, monitor order status, and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement. Maintaining seamless order fulfillment and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Support operational strategy through daily order processing activities, engaging in specialized tasks that require skills developed through on-the-job training and relevant courses.

Qualifications

Fluent in English (advanced written communications)

SAP experience and competency within a Manufacturing and/or Distribution environment.

Interested and able to scale and learn multiple applications such as Access, Excel, Manhattan, Oracle, SAP, SQL, Tableau

Have strong analytical and technical problem solving skills
