About the role

Job Title: Facilities Coordinator

Location: Campinas Region, São Paulo, Brazil

Activities:

Coordinate, organize, and oversee all Facilities Management activities for a big client contract, ensuring operational excellence and service continuity.

Manage and monitor third-party service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, and other facilities vendors, ensuring compliance with service levels, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Prepare and present operational and financial reports in English for international stakeholders, highlighting KPIs, operational performance, critical issues, and improvement opportunities.

Maintain and control all legal, regulatory, and compliance documentation related to facilities operations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and responsiveness.

Conduct periodic assessments of building infrastructure and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Monitor and control facilities-related expenses and support budget management activities, ensuring cost efficiency and financial accuracy.

Support procurement processes by assisting with quotations, cost analysis, budgeting, and supplier evaluations to achieve the best cost-benefit solutions.

Coordinate and oversee projects, layout changes, and workplace improvements, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Manage operational schedules, project plans, and service delivery activities, ensuring deadlines and performance targets are consistently met.

Analyze operational and financial data to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Promote compliance with company policies, safety standards, environmental requirements, and quality procedures.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Previous experience in Facilities Management, or related areas.

Advanced English skills are mandatory, including the ability to prepare reports and communicate effectively with international stakeholders.

Experience in operational management, project coordination, and vendor/contract management.

Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, cost analysis, financial controls, and performance reporting.

Knowledge of project management principles and operational planning.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on client relationship management.

Strong organizational, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Experience managing service contracts, quality standards, and supplier performance.

Proactive, results-oriented, and collaborative approach to work.

Candidates must have their own transportation, as the Data Center location has limited public transportation access and is situated outside the urban center.
