ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Events & Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for bringing our brand experiences and learning initiatives to life. You will manage end-to-end event logistics, collaborate closely with external agencies, control project budgets, and ensure our sales and field teams are fully equipped with the right materials and training tools to succeed.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Agency & Vendor Management: Lead the quotation process, prepare creative briefs, review contracts, approve Purchase Orders (POs), and build strong partnerships with event agencies and suppliers.
Event & Training Execution: Plan, execute, and monitor corporate events, product launches, and training sessions, ensuring high performance and seamless execution on-site and online.
Calendar & Logistics Coordination: Oversee the annual training calendar, manage venue bookings, and handle the development, assembly, and distribution of event materials and corporate gifts.
Budget & Financial Control: Track purchase orders, manage allocated funds, and oversee payment processes to ensure all activities remain within budget guidelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to deliver engaging and memorable brand experiences.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Completed Bachelor's Degree.
Solid experience in general event planning, administration, and execution.
Proven track record in planning, organization, and budget management.
Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (G-Suite).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience in the Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Pharmaceutical industries.
Experience in training programs specifically designed for Sales or Commercial teams.
Advanced English proficiency.
