About the role

Position Summary

We are growing our product team and hiring an APM who owns products end to end, from discovery to launch to adoption. You will define the problem and the experience, write clear user stories, and drive delivery alongside AI Architects and Engineers who own the technical design. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone early in their product career who is deeply AI-native, fluent in how modern AI products are built, comfortable with data, and hungry to own real outcomes.

You will not just push work through a board. You will own the full software development lifecycle for your area and be accountable for what actually ships and gets adopted. This is a state-of-the-art, AI-first product role, with modern tooling and real ownership from day one.

How our product team works

We are building a modern, AI-native product team, and we want this to be a place where you do the best work of your career so far. A few things you can expect here:

Clear communication: We keep our thinking, decisions, and requirements well-structured and easy to follow across product, engineering, and stakeholders.

Purposeful scope: We align early on a clear MVP and treat new ideas as deliberate next steps, so your work stays focused and actually ships.

Real ownership: You carry initiatives across the full lifecycle and are recognized for the outcomes and adoption they drive.

Building in the open: Prototypes and early check-ins keep stakeholders close, so feedback shapes the work well before launch.

Close to the customer: Real client conversations and honest data guide what we build.

AI at the core: We build AI-powered products and we build with AI, from agentic workflows to evaluations, and we keep pace with a fast-moving field.

What you will do

Own the full product lifecycle for your area: discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and adoption. You will start with our client onboarding and website-building experience, and grow into our reputation and social products as you ramp.

Speak regularly with our US-based clients (Voice of Customer): run interviews and conversations, and turn what you hear, alongside usage and adoption data, into product decisions.

Write clear, testable user stories and acceptance criteria, and shape and prioritize the backlog.

Own the user experience: UI, data, and front and back-end interactions.

Lock the MVP and hold scope. Changes after lock become new, prioritized work, not silent scope creep.

Build working prototypes with AI tools, then hand a precise spec to engineering (engineering owns high-level design and architecture).

Partner closely with AI and full-stack engineers, data, and design; keep stakeholders in the loop early and follow up so nothing goes stale.

Keep measurement honest and maintain evaluation sets for AI features.

Own the feedback loop for our internal tools: run a regular pulse with the internal teams who use them and turn what you hear into prioritized product work.

Drive each iteration and the launch, tracking against user needs and adoption.

After launch, monitor success metrics through proper dashboards, and use those results to define future enhancements or revisit the work as needed.

AI knowledge we expect

A strong, practical grasp of how modern AI products work: large language models, prompting and context engineering, retrieval (RAG), knowledge graphs, and agents with tool use.

Evaluations as a first-class habit: you can design and run evals and benchmarks for AI features, and reason clearly about quality, safety, and hallucination.

AI across your workflow: you use AI for research, prototyping, analysis, and writing, and build working prototypes independently in tools like Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, etc.

Genuine curiosity about a fast-moving field: you keep pace with new models, tools, and patterns and bring the best of them into how we build.

What we require

Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data, or a related field.

1-3 years in product, product ownership, business or data analysis, or a closely related role.

Demonstrated understanding of AI/ML products, data, and the full software development lifecycle.

Excellent, fluent communication skills, written and verbal, and comfortable speaking directly with US-based clients and stakeholders.

Hands-on with Agile; can run grooming and planning without hand-holding.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data (spreadsheets and SQL).

High ownership: able to drive a feature from idea to adoption with minimal supervision.

How We Expect You to Work

You reach for AI naturally to move faster, prototype, and explore ideas.

You take ownership and follow through, closing the loop on what matters.

You are curious and adaptable, and you thrive in a fast-moving, modern environment.

You make decisions quickly and keep learning as the field evolves.

Desirable

Experience running user or customer interviews.

Awareness of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and scalable-architecture concepts.

Familiarity with data governance, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance.

Agile or Product Ownership certification (for example, CSPO).

Experience in healthcare or agency / marketing SaaS.
