Practice Overview
Financial Services is one of the Industry Practices within Accenture’s Global Network (GN). Our team is spread across major global cities and focuses on serving global clients across Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance industries.
Within Capital Markets, the Wealth Management Centre of Excellence (WM CoE) partners with the world’s leading private banks, wealth managers, brokerages and wealth tech platforms. We help clients across the wealth value chain - from prospecting, onboarding and advisory through to execution, servicing and operations - to grow assets, modernise their front-to-back platforms, embed agentic AI, and reinvent operating models for hybrid, scalable advice. We support 9 of the top 10 global wealth management firms and partner with universal banks, private banks and independent wealth managers across all business models and asset classes.
Wealth Management - our practitioners combine deep wealth-industry knowledge with consulting and technology skills, advising clients on advisor productivity, the intergenerational wealth transfer, private-markets and digital-asset access, unified front-to-back platforms and managed services.
Core areas - strong focus on Front Office Advisory, CRM and advisor desktops, portfolio management, client onboarding and KYC, managed accounts (SMA/UMA), and agentic AI across the wealth value chain.

Principal Domain and Expertise
Suitable candidates should be able to consult with clients in their subject-matter expertise across Private Banking, Wealth Management and Asset & Wealth functions, including the domains below:
Front Office / Advisory - relationship management, advisor desktop / copilot, client 360, financial planning, portfolio construction and proposal generation
Prospecting & Onboarding - lead management, KYC/CKYC, suitability and risk profiling, document and consent capture, account opening and funding
Investment & Portfolio Management - model portfolios, managed accounts (SMA/UMA), rebalancing, direct indexing, multi-asset and alternatives allocation
Products - equities, fixed income, mutual funds and ETFs, managed accounts, private markets / alternatives, structured products and digital assets
Client Servicing & Operations - case management, corporate actions, reconciliations, fee and billing, performance reporting and post-trade servicing
Risk, Suitability & Compliance - suitability and conduct, KYC/AML, fiduciary and best-interest obligations, regulatory and supervisory reporting
Platforms & Wealthtech - advisor and portfolio platforms, CRM, custody and book-of-record, data integration and open-architecture ecosystems
Data / AI / Agentic AI - agentic AI on the wealth value chain, intelligent operations, RPA, data and analytics, digital transformation

Role Summary
Typical consulting and business-analyst responsibilities and experience include:
Sound understanding and application of Artificial Intelligence / Agentic AI in a wealth management context
Assess ‘AS IS – TO BE’ and define the Target Operating Model (TOM) for wealth front-to-back
Develop and manage Business Requirement Specifications (BRS / BRD) and user stories
Project Management and Change Management across onshore / offshore delivery
Client Management, problem solving, excellent communication, requirement management, Agile delivery and business-case development
Strengthen offerings - develop collateral, refine methodologies, track wealth practices and trends, and create and support proposals incorporating Accenture’s value proposition
Incorporate Accenture best practices & delivery methodologies into every stage of the project-management lifecycle

PMO support, testing support, data analysis and presentation support
Foundational wealth management understanding and change expertise

Experience and Skills
Prior experience on consulting projects is a must. An ideal candidate would have contributed to transformation and technology-improvement programs for private banking, wealth management and asset & wealth management firms.
Deep functional knowledge of wealth front office (advisory), middle office, client servicing and operations.
Experience in strategy, operations, process redesign or business architecture in a wealth management / private banking / financial services environment is highly desired.
Hands-on experience with wealth and advisor platforms Avaloq, Temenos Wealth Suite / Triple'A / T24, Finacle WM, TCS BaNCS, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Fenergo, Broadridge, Charles River, InvestCloud, FNZ, Addepar, GoldenSource, SimCorp or equivalent market platforms.
Knowledge of wealth products and instruments including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs, alternatives, structured products, managed accounts, FX, deposits, lending, insurance / annuities and family office solutions.
Good understanding of industry trends, challenges, and business and technology imperatives across wealth management.
Manager and Senior Manager candidates should have strong strategy and consulting experience in leading client discussions, RFI / RFP / RFQ responses, proposals, client orals, sales shaping and engagement expansion
AI-enabled operations / intelligent process transformation.
Education Qualifications
Must have a Master’s Management Degree (MBA, PGDBM, MMS etc.). CFA / FRM / CFP / CWM / PRM or other industry-specific certification is an added advantage.

Demonstrate proficiency in Digital, Agentic AI, Robotics Process Automation (RPA), data and analytics, and risk management from a private banking and wealth management perspective.
