We seek a team member with expertise in the MERN stack to spearhead our software development efforts.

Role Overview:

As the Full Stack Developer at Longshore Labs, your deep knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies, development frameworks, and third-party libraries will be crucial. Your role requires not just technical excellence but also a strong sense of visual design and the ability to work as a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to Development Leadership: You will be working on the binding of UI elements to JavaScript object models and the creation of RESTful services using Node.js. Your proven experience in front-end and back-end development will set the standard for your team.

Expertise in MERN Stack: Demonstrate and share your knowledge in MongoDB, Express, Node.js, and React with your team, ensuring a comprehensive user experience delivery.

Quality Assurance: Implement Unit and Integration tests to maintain high-quality code and foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within your team.

Adaptability and Learning: Display an ability to quickly adapt and learn new technologies, wearing many hats to meet the team’s goals.

Collaboration and Ideation: Work closely with development teams, product managers, data scientists, and analysts to brainstorm and develop software solutions that meet our strategic objectives.

Database and Application Management: Develop and oversee well-functioning databases and applications, ensuring responsiveness, efficiency, and security.

Requirements:

Technical Proficiency: Expertise designing and implementing low-latency, high availability, and high-performance applications, including security and data protection measures.

Performance Optimization: Knowledge of performance testing and optimization techniques, focusing on creating scalable and efficient systems.

Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the team members.

Analytical Skills: An analytical mindset, great attention to detail, the ability to solve complex problems, and the ability to lead by example.

Education: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or related field.

Experience: Freshers or 2-3 years of experience in the relevant field

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
