How You will Make An Impact:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Management Executive to join our finance team. This role focuses on corporate receivables, credit assessment, and ensuring effective credit management processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate accounts receivable portfolio
Conduct credit assessments to evaluate customer creditworthiness
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize delinquency
Follow up with customers on payments, ensure accurate posting, and resolve disputes
Review overdue accounts and initiate collection actions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing and pricing discrepancies
Assess and approve release of sales orders
Perform suspension and restoration of services when required
Host Debt Review meetings with Sales teams
Prepare monthly aging, operational, and management reports
Support audit queries and compliance requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in credit management processes
Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Skills for Success:
Experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or financial operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with SAP HANA and reporting tools is an advantage
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
