Overview
The Associate/Analyst is an entry- to mid-level role for individuals eager to receive training and build career in Finance and Accounting domain. The role involves managing assigned daily tasks, engaging with clients, preparing reports, and ensuring the smooth execution of responsibilities.
How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
Efficiently execute assigned tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required
Identify open/unresolved issues and escalate them appropriately while keeping supervisors informed
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Monitoring and managing multiple mailboxes to ensure timely responses
Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with various stakeholders
Strive for continuous process improvements to enhance customer experience
About you
Qualifications:
Education
Candidate should be Graduate or a Postgraduate in Finance (BCom/Mcom/MBA)
Degree
Bachelor
Master
Work Experience Analyst – Minimum 1 year
Knowledge, Skills, and Ability
Excellent command over English (comprehension and written)
Good academic record (55% or above)
Basic knowledge in Accounting & Finance
Ability to work in a team and exhibit collaboration
Flexibility to adapt to organizational changes and evolving processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)
Must be a quick learner, energetic, and possess a strong aptitude for understanding and managing customer processes
Additional Requirements
Flexible to work in shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Evening/Night) and ready to extend shift (if required)
Willing to work in both office and hybrid environment
Work on weekend as per process requirement
