The professional defines the testing scope for complex projects and actively participates in product design reviews to ensure systems are testable and meet quality standards. Collaboration with various teams to integrate effective automation solutions and leverage testing tools and frameworks is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, ensuring robust and scalable quality processes are in place.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

Lead the development and implementation of quality engineering best practices to enhance product reliability and performance.

Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with quality objectives.

Coordinate cross-functional efforts to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.

Strong knowledge of quality engineering methodologies and testing frameworks.

Experience in designing and implementing automation solutions to improve testing efficiency.

Ability to analyze complex systems and define comprehensive testing scopes.

Skilled in collaborating with product and development teams to ensure system testability and quality.

Expertise in utilizing various testing tools and frameworks to support quality assurance activities.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.

This position is based at our Pune office.
