Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Responsible for team decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Lead the design and development of comprehensive solution architectures that address complex client challenges.

Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.

Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Security Implementation.

Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewall configurations, and intrusion detection systems.

Experience in designing secure network architectures that comply with industry standards and best practices.

Ability to assess security risks and develop mitigation strategies tailored to diverse environments.

Familiarity with cloud security principles and integration of network security within cloud infrastructures.

Skilled in troubleshooting complex network security issues and implementing effective solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Network Security Implementation.

This position is based at our Pune office.
