Mission

Join our boutique at 557 Avinguda Diagonal, Barcelona, and become part of a passionate team led by Daniel, our Store Manager. If you enjoy fashion, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

Create memorable customer experiences

Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and provide tailored styling advice.

Build lasting relationships by delivering exceptional service and encouraging customer loyalty.

Contribute to achieving the boutique's commercial objectives through your passion for sales.

Bring our brand to life

Ensure the sales floor is always attractive, organised and in line with our visual merchandising standards.

Use our digital tools to support the customer journey and enhance the in-store experience.

Represent the values and identity of American Vintage every day.

Keep operations running smoothly

Receive, process and replenish deliveries efficiently.

Maintain an organised stockroom and ensure product availability on the sales floor.

Participate in inventory counts and support the management of stock throughout the season.

Profil

Previous experience in retail is highly valued.

You have a confident, inspiring sense of style and a genuine passion for fashion.

You enjoy creating meaningful, long-lasting relationships with customers.

You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment where teamwork and challenges drive success.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this role.
