Job description

We are currently recruiting for a full-time F & B Floor Manager. The successful candidate will be a proud ambassador for Bellinter House Hotel & Bathhouse Spa.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:

· Support the day-to-day running of hotel operations and do regular walkarounds of the hotel.

· To have a good knowledge of the hotel and all its systems.

· Lead and support the delivery of all events, functions and banqueting services to ensure smooth service.

· To support the Sales and Events team in selling the hotel to any prospective clients.

· Achieving sales target and wage budget.

· To communicate effectively with the management team of the hotel.

· To attend relevant meetings as directed by management.

· Be a point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.

· Motivate and supervise team members to deliver a consistent, high-quality service.

· Adhere and comply with all Health and Safety and Hotel Policies and monitor these standards across all operational areas in the hotel.

· Manage customer feedback, complaints and special requests with professionalism.

· Ensure the smooth opening and closing of shifts, including daily reports and handovers.

· Any other reasonable duties as directed by management.

· To ensure all SOP’s are in place and are being implemented by the team.

The Requirements:

· Minimum 2 year’s experience in a duty management role in a 4* hotel.

· Strong leadership, particularly in banqueting and front-of-house services.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
