About the role
Key Responsibilities
Selling and sourcing new and used vehicles
Maintaining relationships with internal Workshop and third parties
Managing relationships with both retail and fleet B2B customers
Analysing customers’ needs to determine the type of vehicle required
Developing Bus & Coach sales plan in line with Group growth strategy
Identifying new business and developing existing business with a well-executed sales plan
Achieving growth in line with budget
Delivering sales promotions and marketing material at a local level
Updating and managing CRM system

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Proven track record selling Bus & Coach to Bus & Coach customers.
High level of credibility
3 years+ Bus & Coach experience
High level of commercial awareness
Ability to consistently achieve targets and maximise performance
Strong focus on a positive customer experience
Strong relationship builder and team player
Proven negotiation and sales ability, persuading and influencing others
Experience in motor finance industry or equivalent finance industry
Knowledge and understanding of relevant financial regulations required
Able to diagnose commercial situations and make sound recommendations
Analytical and numerical skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise workload and perform under pressure
Flexible and adaptable to change
Positive attitude and behaviour
Problem solver with a solutions mindset
Strong written and verbal communication skills including confident presentation ability
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent MS office skills
Fluent English
Full clean driving license
