Your Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee hotel refit projects and operational hotel improvements
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Collaborate closely with Brand, Fleet, and Ship Managers during project execution and dry-dock periods
Coordinate project activities across vessels, shipyards, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Provide technical expertise and operational support for hotel-related refurbishment and outfitting projects
Monitor project progress and prepare relevant reports and analyses
Support the planning and execution of hotel refurbishment projects during dry-dock periods and vessel operations
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marine Engineering, Shipbuilding, Ship Operations, Architecture, or Interior Design
Experience in interior design, hotel refurbishment, or ship outfitting projects within the maritime industry
Project management experience in ship newbuilding, conversion, refurbishment, or repair projects
Advanced proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a structured and proactive approach
Very good English skills, written and spoken
