🚀 We're Hiring Staff / Principal Software Engineer (Java) | Agentic AI

📍 Toronto, ON | Hybrid

We're looking for hands-on Staff/Principal Engineers to join an R&D Innovation Team building next-generation Agentic AI solutions. If you enjoy solving complex problems, evaluating new technologies, and building products from scratch, we'd love to connect.

💻 Required Skills

✅ 10+ years of Java & Spring Boot development

✅ Microservices & Distributed Systems

✅ Software Architecture & System Design

✅ JavaScript / TypeScript

✅ AWS Cloud

✅ Experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT)

✅ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

⭐ Nice to Have

• Python & Databricks

• AI/ML or Agentic AI experience

• Edge Computing / CDN

📅 Contract: 6 Months (High possibility of extension)
