Overview

Experienced Senior Java Engineer with hands on experience of the ICON IPF Payments framework to support the delivery of large‑scale payment systems. This involves hands‑on development within modern, cloud‑based architectures and close collaboration with major banking clients.

Required Skills & Experience

Extensive hands‑on experience with Java 11, Spring Boot, and microservices‑based architectures

Strong experience working in AWS cloud environments

Solid experience with Apache Kafka and asynchronous messaging

In‑depth knowledge of ISO 20022 payments, including payment types and schemes

5-10 Years as a Java engineer

Hands‑on experience implementing ICON IPF

Proven experience working closely with major banking clients

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Desirable:

At least of 18 months experience of working on ICON platform

IPF Certification in addition to hands on experience
