Lead Generator / Marketing Representative

We're looking for driven individuals to join our team as Door to Door Lead Generators. This is a part-time, commission-based opportunity that offers unlimited earning potential and a clear pathway into a full-time Sales Consultant role for top performers.

With the soon to be launched new government program helping eligible low- and median-income homeowners upgrade their heating systems, demand is growing. We're expanding our team to connect homeowners with these opportunities.

What You'll Do

Prospect for leads, by knocking on doors and engaging in conversations with residential homeowners in assigned territories.

Work according to the schedule agreed upon by the supervisor;

Follow up with potential leads via door visits, phone calls, or emails to secure appointments;

Book appointments directly with potential clients on-site using CRM

Inputs lead information and details (name, email, phone) into CRM

Educate homeowners on available rebates and financing options.

Represent On Track HVAC professionally and build trust within the community.

Other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude.

Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face.

Sales or customer service experience is an asset but not required, we'll provide training.

Compensation

Part-time, commission-based position.
