AI Solutions Engineer

About the role
AI Solutions Engineer at Arcovo AI You'd rather spend an hour building the thing than an hour writing about how you'd build the thing. You see a blueprint and your instinct is "what if I try this", and half the fun is that nobody's written the playbook for it yet. If you want to build AI employees to help small and medium-size businesses continue to grow, alongside a team that's just as excited about this stuff as you are, keep reading.
About Arcovo AI Arcovo is a fast-growing company that helps businesses scale smarter. We build AI-powered digital employees that automate the operational and administrative work so human teams can focus on what they do best. Companies partner with us to save time, reduce costs, and grow without the overhead of constant hiring.
Our experienced founders have successfully scaled multiple 7 and 8-figure companies, bringing proven expertise in building high-growth organizations. You’ll benefit from seasoned leadership that knows how to navigate rapid growth while maintaining quality and culture. We move fast. AI moves even faster. And right now, we’re scaling.
Role Overview As our AI Solutions Engineer, you own the build. Our AI Solutions team handles client discovery and hands you a completed blueprint; your job is to turn that blueprint into a working, production-grade AI employee, using the newest AI-assisted tools to build faster and smarter than "normal" software development ever could.
This is a team that gets genuinely excited about what's possible right now. We're playing with new models and platforms as they launch, trying approaches nobody's written the documentation for yet, and building a category of systems that didn't really exist two years ago. If you like being on the forefront and building alongside people who feel the same way, this your shot.
This is a development role. You will be the reason clients get their AI workforce faster. You'll have real say over how you get there: better architecture, a simpler path, a different sequence, that's your call to make. What you're building toward, and keeping people looped in on how you got there, is part of the job too.

Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
What Makes You a Great Fit
You find real business problems genuinely interesting, not just a means to an end
You can take an incomplete spec and make sound judgment calls to fill the gaps, instead of waiting to be told
You think about the outcome someone was actually going for, not just the literal steps they wrote down
You'd rather ship the simple solution that holds up in production than the clever one that's fun to build
You get a genuine thrill out of trying a new model, tool, or approach before anyone's written a tutorial for it
You don't need a CS degree to reason through a hard problem, logic and curiosity get you there
You're self-motivated and autonomous, and you also just like being part of a team that's building something together
You document your work clearly enough that the next person (including future you) isn't guessing
You'd rather experiment your way to a better answer than settle for the first thing that technically works
