About the role

QA Manager Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) – EMEA

Are you an experienced Quality Assurance professional with a passion for pharmaceutical manufacturing, supplier quality, and continuous improvement?

We are looking for a QA Manager Third Party Manufacturing (TPM) to join our EMEA Quality organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing quality activities across a portfolio of external manufacturing partners, ensuring products are manufactured in compliance with regulatory requirements and the highest quality standards.

What you'll do

As QA Manager TPM, you will act as the key quality partner for assigned third-party manufacturing sites across the EMEA region. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading quality oversight of external manufacturing partners (TPMs)

Driving continuous quality improvement initiatives and remediation plans

Managing quality performance monitoring, quality reviews, and supplier compliance

Leading investigations, CAPAs, change controls, and quality risk assessments

Supporting GMP audits, regulatory inspections, and quality compliance activities

Reviewing and maintaining Quality Technical Agreements

Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Science & Technology, and Commercial teams

Acting as QA Lead during product technology transfers, validation activities, and new product introductions (NPI)

What we're looking for

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented quality professional who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline

5–8 years of experience within Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Operations, Technical Support, or Pharmaceutical Engineering

Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical quality systems

Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing, ideally including sterile, liquid, solid dosage forms, or APIs

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and work across multiple functions

Strong communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills

Leadership experience is considered an advantage
