Tester II - Software Testing

Role description

Job Description: Own functional, integration and regression testing across CS Cloud and PSA to validate configuration, custom builds and integrations against RFP requirements. Roles & Responsibilities Prepare test scenarios/cases traceable to the CS and PSA requirement register; execute functional, integration, UAT-support and regression cycles. Test Certinia config/custom (forecasting, resourcing, health scoring, playbooks), Veda AI outputs and Experience Cloud portals. Validate end-to-end integrations (ERP/HCM, SFDC, SAP CRM, Qualtrics, Fieldglass, Concur) and role-based security/RBAC. Log/track defects, support automation where applicable, and provide test sign-off per milestone gates. Experience 3–6 years QA on Salesforce/Certinia (PSA or CS Cloud) implementations. Functional + integration testing, RBAC/security testing, defect management (JIRA/Azure DevOps). Test automation (Selenium/Provar) and Salesforce QA certification a plus.
