About the role
JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, or investment real estate markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, brokers, corporate clients, and other stakeholders.
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research to stay informed about local and national real estate trends.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and real estate solutions to prospective clients.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and opportunities using CRM tools.
