About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

Providing medication reminders and assistance with self-administration

Assisting with transfers and mobility to prevent falls and injuries

Encouraging socialization and providing companionship to our clients

Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client care

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care
