Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors while providing general unarmed security services across multiple locations.
Support operational needs by assisting with new site start-ups, temporary assignments, coverage gaps, vacation relief, and unplanned absences.
Demonstrate flexibility by adapting to changing assignments, schedules, and post requirements as operational needs evolve.
Promote safety by remaining alert to observe, correct, and report potential hazards, suspicious activity, or policy violations.
Understand and comply with all Prosegur policies, client requirements, and site-specific post orders.
Participate in required training and quickly become familiar with procedures at multiple client locations.
Conduct routine foot patrols, access control, and general security duties in indoor and outdoor environments.
Provide white-glove professional customer service while interacting with clients, employees, visitors, and the general public.
Accurately complete incident reports, logs, and other required documentation using basic to intermediate computer systems.
Be available to work multiple shifts and locations as needed to support coverage requirements.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of security operations experience preferred, with consideration given to military, law enforcement, or customer service management backgrounds.
Preferred experience in corporate-level security and management.
Internal candidates must demonstrate exemplary performance and attendance, with no disciplinary actions within the past year.
Exceptional customer service, organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and adaptability to change.
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic, customer-facing environments.
Ability to work independently with little oversight.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
18+ years of age
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid Non-Commissioned Security License- Level II
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license
Capable of following complex instructions
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Knowledge of security operations and procedures
Preferred Skills:
First Aid/CPR/AED qualified.
Proficiency in incident response planning and execution.
Strong leadership, communication, issue resolution, and performance management abilities.
VIP handling, Corporate Security or UHNW experience
Optimization of security operations processes and procedures, with a focus on continual improvement.
Bilingual proficiency desired, Spanish.
