Electrical Project Manager

Sun Valley Contractors,LLC. is currently seeking candidates for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our growing team in the Denver Metropolitan area. We are seeking an applicant with experience in municipal/ Industrial markets to manage multiple projects. This position is based out of our Elizabeth, CO. office with projects throughout the Denver Metropolitan area.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

Minimum 3 years proven experience managing electrical projects up to 5m USD

Minimum 10 years in the construction industry

Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Xcel, Word, Project, Teams

Proficiency in project management software

Ability to analyze and track project budgets and forecasts

Strong organizational skills

Strong problem solving skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to be versatile and help where needed

The Basic Responsibilities of This Position are:

Coordination/ scheduling with vendors and subcontractors

Coordination/scheduling with general contractors

Coordination/scheduling with SVE operations and management

Project planning

Project tracking and forecasting

Submittal O&M preparation and tracking

Material procurement and tracking

Project Closeout

Attend project progress meetings as required

Prepare project billings in cooperation with accounting department

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
