Job Description

Responsible for managing the site production plan by work center and group of work profiles, based on master plan to achieve the shipment date with the client.

Job Requirements

Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related and / or work experience approved by the line manager in activities related to the position.

Experience required:

MRO experience

Knowledge of aircraft engines

Knowledge of the parts repair process

Demand management

Sales and Operations Planning

Master Production Schedule

Material Requirements Planning

Capacity Requirements Planning

Data analysis for operational performance

ERP planning systems

Develop and maintain the production plan by managing priorities, monitoring schedule adherence, coordinating delivery commitments with cross-functional teams, and maintaining updated capacity planning data (personnel availability, training, vacations, holidays and shop constraints).

Monitor, report and ensure compliance with operational KPIs, identifying constraints and improvement opportunities to support operational performance.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of planning data within ERP systems, including sales orders, work orders, and operational parameters.

Provide level-1 support to production teams in SAP related to planning and service order management.

Drive continuous improvement of digital planning tools and ensure the reliability of planning data.

Participate in production meetings when required.

Enters sales orders into the ERP, assing induction dates, shares SFRs, provide and updates delivery dates and confirms export dates.

Actively participates in the performance of the Purchase Orders in the shop to fullfil internal KPI's (TAT, SPT, OTD, Plan Adherence, Customer Satisfaction).

Availability to perform duties across different work shifts according to operational requirements.

Ensure compliance with Quality Management System documentation, aerospace regulatory requirements and the Safety Management System (SMS).
