Duties

Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach efforts to our business footprint

Engage prospects via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to present our services and value propositions

Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining a professional and positive rapport with clients

Develop tailored proposals that meet client needs while aligning with company objectives

Maintain detailed records of client interactions, negotiations, and sales activities using organizational tools

Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and convert leads into long-term clients

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and address any concerns promptly

Experience

Proven experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, or business development roles with a track record of successful negotiations

Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment..

Knowledge of customer service principles to ensure positive client interactions from first contact through ongoing support

Organizational skills that enable efficient tracking of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
