What you'll be doing

As our Senior Dental Nurse, you'll play a key role in both patient care and practice leadership by:

Leading and supporting the dental nursing team to maintain high clinical standards

Working closely with the Practice Manager and clinicians to ensure the smooth running of the practice

Providing outstanding chairside support across a range of NHS and private treatments

Supporting the induction, training, and development of new and existing team members

Ensuring compliance with CQC and GDC standards

Managing stock, equipment, and clinical resources effectively

Promoting a positive, professional, and patient-focused culture throughout the practice

Could you be a Qualified Senior Dental Nurse for Riverdale Healthcare?

We're looking for someone who:

Holds current GDC registration

Has up-to-date Hepatitis B vaccinations and immunisations

Has previous experience as a Senior Dental Nurse or is an experienced Dental Nurse ready to step into a senior role

Has excellent organisational and communication skills

Leads by example and enjoys supporting and developing others

Is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care

Works well as part of a collaborative team and thrives in a busy practice environment
