EU Planning Administrator

Pay Rate: £28,840

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm

Location: Birmingham

We're now looking for a EU Planning Administrator

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Manage reporting and administrative tasks within the team to allow the Planners to focus on developing and improving the Plans.

To collect, analyse and present accurate data to the Planners to assist with their decision making in order to create the most optimal Plans.

Implement tools to streamline repetitive work to reduce the need for double or manual working

Ensure a smooth operation and co-ordination between the direct team and Customer by ensuring data is distributed regularly and on time.

Monitor shared inbox and reply or distribute action where needed / General housekeeping

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous administration experience within a fast-paced environment.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and make informed decisions.

Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Ambitious and motivated, with a desire to learn, develop and progress within the business.
