We are seeking a Tech Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of reporting, analytics, and performance management capabilities supporting enterprise healthcare operations. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, data teams, and analytics partners to define and deliver solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines solid product management fundamentals with technical acumen, excels at translating business needs into scalable product capabilities, and can drive alignment across complex cross-functional teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap
Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for performance management and reporting capabilities
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and organizational objectives
Develop business cases and recommendations to support investment decisions and roadmap prioritization
Identify opportunities to improve operational outcomes through analytics, automation, and self-service capabilities
Product Discovery & Requirements
Partner with business leaders and end users to understand challenges, workflows, and reporting needs
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Translate stakeholder needs into clear product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Ensure requirements align to enterprise data, architecture, and governance standards
Delivery & Execution
Collaborate with engineering, data, UX, architecture, and analytics teams to deliver product capabilities
Drive end-to-end execution from concept through deployment and adoption
Manage product backlogs and prioritize work to maximize business impact
Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and facilitate resolution across teams
Stakeholder Management
Build solid relationships with business, operational, and technology stakeholders
Communicate product strategy, roadmap progress, and key decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Facilitate alignment across multiple teams and workstreams
Support executive presentations, status updates, and product demonstrations
Product Performance & Adoption
Define and monitor product success metrics and key performance indicators
Analyze product usage, adoption, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities
Incorporate stakeholder feedback and market insights into future roadmap planning
Drive continuous improvement based on measurable outcomes.

Required Qualification:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
