Overall mission: Establish a customer centric organisation to drive growth through customer loyalty along the value chain touchpoints. Drive NMSC (National Marketing & Sales Company) focus and performance on Value Chain Processes and Programs to deliver a memorable ownership experience by using vehicle connected data to create customer convenience and retention

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a Product Owner to drive the development and rollout of Value Chain connected services that enhance customer safety, vehicle health transparency, and aftersales engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new service opportunities and contribute to the connected services roadmap

Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and business cases

Lead the end-to-end development of connected services in collaboration with IT, R&D, and external partners

Ensure legal and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR)

Coordinate cross-functional teams across Connected Technologies, Operations, Marketing, and Legal

Define KPIs, track performance, and drive continuous improvement through Automation

Manage European rollouts and support NMSC markets

Provide product demonstrations and respond to network queries

Your Profile:

Experience as a Product Manager, with strong knowledge of product management, product marketing, business development, product lifecycle, and go-to-market strategy development and execution

Experience in automotive and connected services environments, with good knowledge of connected technologies and strong affinity for IT systems and vehicle technology

Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong project management skills to manage diverse and complex topics

Experience in data analytics (e.g. Dataiku or similar tools is a plus).

Master’s degree in economics, business, engineering, or a related field.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Good organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Result-driven, dedicated, and reliable in delivering commitments.

Fluent in English (TME’s business language).
