You will act as a Product Owner, shaping strategy, managing development, and improving key digital tools while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver continuous value across Toyota’s Value Chain.

Your team and your responsibilities:

Value Chain (VC) is responsible for the planning, development and sales performance of parts, services and accessories. Our Value Chain processes are supported by business applications that are managed by our team.

Your responsibilities

As part of the Systems Team, you will grow into the role of Product Owner for three core applications - e‑Servicebook, Infomedia, and Vehicle Profile - shaping their future strategy and delivering new business value to Toyota Motor Europe.

You will define the product vision, prioritise the backlog, guide development, and ensure an excellent user experience. Working with stakeholders across NMSCs, Retailers, Development, Connected Technologies, Online Services and more, you will drive continuous improvement through Agile, iterative delivery.

What you will do

Shape the long‑term strategy for our systems

Lead stakeholder workshops to map processes, identify value opportunities, and define improvements

Translate business needs into clear, prioritised user requirements

Drive process optimisation and automation

Guide development teams and ensure smooth hand‑over to customer teams

Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and upcoming milestones

Prepare, structure and validate User Acceptance for new functionalities

Document SOPs and support testing across all applications

Support deployment of solutions across TME, NMSCs, and Retailers

Your Profile:

Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent experience

Strong interest in digital product development, user experience and system design

Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments is a strong advantage

Knowledge of retailer & NMSC operations is a strong advantage.

Analytical thinker with the ability to simplify complexity and structure processes

Strong communication, facilitation and visualisation skills

Capable of aligning diverse stakeholders and leading workshops

Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple streams of work

Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset
