Admissions & Communication Executive

Responsibilities:

Understand and accurately convey the school's Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMC) to prospective parents and students.

Provide detailed information about the school's programs, curriculum, and extracurricular activities.

Guide prospective students and their families through the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve enrollment targets set by the school.

Conduct tours of the school campus, highlighting key features and benefits.

Follow up with prospective families to address their questions and concerns.

Maintain accurate records of all admissions activities and communications.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Participate in school events, open houses, and information sessions to promote the school.

Meet and exceed individual and team enrollment goals.

Requirements:

Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales or a target-driven environment, preferably in the education sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
