About us
We are a Belgian engineering consulting firm that assists SMEs and large industrial organizations in bringing their innovation and R&D initiatives to life.
Job Description
Develop measurement techniques end-to-end: starting from an open-ended problem, scope which sensors exist, identify their limitations, prototype, and test. Take ownership of the full solution: anticipate potential issues, decide how to validate results, and iterate until you have something that reliably works. Design what you need yourself, for example custom electronics and PCBs, small data-acquisition setups, or on-board features like live temperature compensation and calibration to make measurements cheaper and more reliable. Help the team measure things that are genuinely hard, such as fast-changing thermal and thermodynamic behaviour where standard sensors fall short. Collaborate closely with senior engineers to shape the approach, then run with it independently.
Required qualifications
A broad, hands-on embedded / electronics engineer. You care about how the whole system works, not just your slice of it. You understand thermodynamic principles and how compressors work. Strong ownership and initiative: tackle a problem on your own and drive it to a result with limited supervision. Genuinely curious and technically critical: you want to understand why something behaves the way it does, and you think about what could go wrong and how to validate it. Able to design your own solutions in hardware and electronics (e.g. PCB design), with clear schematics and documentation. A concrete track record of self-driven technical work. We care more about what you've actually done than about years on paper. Experience level is flexible. A strong portfolio matters more than seniority. *Fluent in English, speaking Dutch is a nice to have.
Benefits
We offer you a position as a consultant within the fascinating world of high tech and innovation. We provide a complete package with on one side training, coaching and a close follow-up, and on the other side a balanced salary package with fringe benefits based on your capabilities and experience. Working with us means choosing a long-term perspective, development possibilities, and a personal approach. A human-centered, diverse company that values and supports your physical and mental well-being.
