We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the face of our collision repair facility in Mississauga to our customers and demonstrate our values and work to our principles, and those of Aviva. You will be a supportive and active team member in carrying out all duties in the areas of customer service, parts, planning transportation and driving. The Customer Service Representative will ensure vehicles are collected, repaired and returned to customers within expected time standards.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our customers' needs are at the heart of our operations. By achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and mastering the principles of customer experience management—including customer insight & brand integrity—you will help shape how our business operates.

What You’ll Do:

Take initiative and prioritize duties as agreed with site leaders to drive high levels of customer satisfaction at all times

Provide customer repair updates using the agreed method with the customer, i.e. Face to face, email, phone, text, etc.

Collect excess payments in a timely and accurate manner

Resolve customer queries with professionalism and a customer-first approach

Commit to an environment of continuous improvement

Responsible for safe and courteous handling of customer vehicles, including picking up a customer's car from a designated location, driving it to the fulfilment centre, and returning it to the customer’s agreed location.

Make decisions that positively impact the site and the customer, and escalate issues where appropriate

Promote Aviva AutoCare Centre values and goals

What You’ll Bring:

Post-secondary education

Valid driver’s license

Experience in working within the collision repair industry

Knowledge of collision repair industry and insurance principles are considered an asset

Solid knowledge of automotive/equipment preventative maintenance, refurbishment and repair practices and procedures

Demonstrates adaptability and openness to change with a proactive mindset in embracing new work practices and technologies

Proficiency using body shop management systems; knowledge of Body Shop Connect preferred

Strong customer-focused background combined with excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills

Outstanding customer service abilities

Ability to be detail oriented showing exceptional quality control

Proven ability to take direction and perform well under pressure

What You’ll Get:

The salary band for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000. Please note that individual salary is determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience, as well as internal equity.
