For Hamburg Headquarters we are recruiting a

Working Student (m/f/d) Talent Attraction

Your new job includes

As part of our People & Culture team, you will gain valuable insights into the HR world of an international, family-owned company. You will support us where Recruiting, Early Careers and Employer Branding come together: attracting, selecting and supporting talents, as well as contributing to projects that strengthen our employer brand and career entry programs.

In particular you will:

Support the entire candidate journey, from communicating with applicants to coordinating interviews

Assist with operational recruiting activities, including creating and publishing job advertisements and ensuring a smooth recruitment process in close collaboration with our recruiters

Contribute to Early Careers initiatives and support day-to-day HR activities, such as onboarding and supervising school interns, preparing and following up on events, and coordinating assessment days

Support Employer Branding projects, including the planning and execution of internal and external talent marketing events, as well as the creation of promotional materials and content for various marketing activities

Research and analyze current trends in Recruiting, Early Careers and Employer Branding and contribute your findings to smaller projects

Take ownership of your own tasks and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across the business

What you should bring along

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication Studies, Human Resources, or a related field

Ideally, some initial practical experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Employer Branding, or through a commercial apprenticeship

Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel

Good written and spoken German and English skills

A proactive, responsible and well-organized approach to work, enabling you to stay on top of multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail, even in a fast-paced environment

A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for supporting early careers, and enjoyment of working closely with colleagues and a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
