Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As our Diversity and Inclusion Intern, you will support the planning, coordination, and communication of global D&I initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in employee engagement, event management, and data-driven reporting.
Event & Program Coordination:
Support the planning and delivery of global and regional D&I initiatives and events
Assist with Employee Research Groups (ERG) activities, Diversity Days, International Women's Day, Pride Month, and awareness campaigns
Coordinate logistics, registrations, communications, and attendee engagement activities
Gather feedback and support post-event reporting
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs):
Help support and strengthen ERG communities globally
Assist with ERG communications, events, intranet content, and best-practice sharing
Support the development of ERG resources, toolkits, and engagement initiatives
Communications & Employee Engagement:
Create engaging content for intranet pages, newsletters, campaigns, and awareness activities
Support storytelling efforts by highlighting employee experiences, success stories, and D&I initiatives
Assist with promoting D&I programs and increasing employee participation
Research & Benchmarking:
Research emerging D&I trends, best practices, and industry benchmarks
Summarize findings and provide recommendations for future initiatives
Support the development of new programs and resources
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Support D&I reporting, dashboards, and analysis activities
Collect and analyze participation, survey, and engagement data
Prepare presentations and reports to help communicate insights and recommendations
Assist with tracking program effectiveness and key performance indicators
Project Management & Operations:
Assist in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
Track actions, timelines, and deliverables
Collaborate with global stakeholders across regions and functions
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
We are looking for a student who is genuinely passionate about Diversity & Inclusion. The ideal candidate is motivated to contribute to meaningful initiatives while continuously developing their expertise and impact in the D&I space.
Study Field: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communications, or related field
Interest: Strong interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and in supporting cross-cultural teams
Way of working:
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Comfortable working in a global and cross-cultural environment
Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude
Technical skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Experience creating presentations and reports
Ability to analyze and organize information and data
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Basic Knowledge of D&I concepts, and current trends
Experience with data, dashboards, and reporting tools
Language skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
