Finance Business Partner

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to partner a fast-growing and dynamic business area, playing a key role in shaping long-term strategy and delivering insights that drive commercial action. Working closely with the GHS Online Director, you will support the end-to-end P&L while collaborating across Commercial, Customer and Technology teams to drive performance, growth and profitability across our online channel.

You will be responsible for

Lead the long-term planning process, shaping strategic initiatives and scenario modelling to support sustainable growth.

Provide insight and analysis on key business priorities, translating complex data into clear actions and recommendations.

Deliver regular trading and performance insight to senior stakeholders, helping drive focus and decision-making across the business.

Develop business cases, investment proposals and post-investment reviews to support strategic and technology-led initiatives.

Analyse margin, promotional and basket economics performance to identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer value.

You will need

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience in FP&A, financial planning or commercial finance business partnering.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations.Experience influencing and challenging senior stakeholders, building trusted relationships across a business.Confident delivering budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and investment appraisal activities.Collaborative and commercially focused, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
