About the role
Fenice Media, a dynamic and fast-growing Birmingham-based company, is expanding its sales team and looking for ambitious B2B Sales Executives to join our vibrant office environment.
You’ll be selling across an exciting premium product portfolio, including: Luxury Travel Guide Maps & Magazines Corporate LiveWire Prestige Awards

The Role
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will:
Proactively win new business and grow your own client base
Build and manage long-term relationships with existing clients
Work primarily in a telephone-based sales role
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
Represent premium, well-established brands with confidence
No previous telesales experience is required – we’re looking for the right attitude and drive.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll succeed in this role if you have:
Clear and confident English communication skills
A positive, motivated attitude
Sales and/or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong determination and resilience
The confidence to handle rejection and push forward
Excellent time management and organisational skills
The ability to work independently and use your own initiative
A genuine desire to succeed and earn commission
